    You really do buy into conspiracy theories!

    My bills since last September (Sept 2024) have been consistently lower than previous periods, but I only moved to the peak/daytime/offpeak smart option 12 months ago.

    I've done a full calculation Sept2023-aug2024 V Sept2024-Aug2025

    23/24 4830 units, Total unit cost 1228

    24/25 Day 2530, offpeak 1805, peak 360 Total unit cost €935

    So about €300 saving in a year (135 less units used)
