Replace Outdoor Main Fed Lights with Camera & Light

    Hi,

Just wondering if anybody can answer this question. I have two outdoor lights - one is a bulkhead type light and the other is a sensor light. Both are mains lights and both are worked by a switch (yes even the sensor light for some reason..). Anyway I am wondering can I replace these two lights with this security camera from Tapo C720 (link below). I am happy to just leave the light switches in place and just in the on position all the time as the switches themselves are not likely to be hit by mistake and turned off. Is this a viable option? I have looked at the solar lights and I would prefer not to have to get involved with re-charging batteries. I also looked at other options but while they are mains they do need to step down to DC with an adaptor which means drilling more holes. If I can just connect the Tapo C720 to the existing wiring it would make the job so much easier.

    Thanks in advance.
