Problem selling used fuel injectors

I had a single fuel injector go on a Volvo V40 and replaced all 4 of them. The mechanic said the 3 working ones can be sold online and handed me back a box with them in it. I had a single fuel injector go on a Volvo V40 and replaced all 4 of them. The mechanic said the 3 working ones can be sold online and handed me back a box with them in it. That was months ago and just getting around to putting them up on ebay now but he included the one that failed so Ive got 4 of them and no way of telling which one of the 4 does not work. If I go back to him will he be able to tell by sight which one it is or would it have to be put into a car and tested?
Otherwise all I can do is sell all 4 together and tell the buyer only 3 of them work but that will likely scare off many potential buyers.
