I’m planning to buy a Ring camera for home security but there are so many models like Ring Stick Up Cam, Ring Video Doorbell, and Ring Floodlight Cam. Which one do you think is the best for front doors and overall home safety? Also, how’s the video quality at night? Any advice or personal experience would be helpful!

Where do you want to place it?

The different types have advantages and disadvantages depending on location!

Just recently purchased an Eufy video doorbell with mini base chime for €150 from Harvey Norman, very happy with it, it’s got duel cameras & also stores footage locally without having to pay a subscription, can be connected to existing doorbell wiring or wireless using WiFi, view everything on the phone app, if going with the wireless option you’ll probably have to recharge it once a month or so. Mounted it on the front door frame & set it up to cover the whole driveway at front of house
