Anyone dealt with eFlow sending toll notices to the wrong address? €6,000 fine here…

Sounds like a completely BS story.

Driver had no tag and therefore had to manually pay every single journey, except for the 35 journeys they "forgot". Nonsense.

You cross the toll area you go online that evening and settle the toll. There's nothing more to it.

Best advice is to get a tag, not the for the OP but for anyone else that might legitimately have missed the odd journey.

It’s likely they did have a tag or video account but failed to change this over to the new car for a period. Hence several tolls weren’t billed to this account and unpaid toll notices issued to an old address.

Quite a catalogue of unfortunate events, but it could certainly happen. The details in the report from the OP aren’t entirely clear, so the full facts would need to be reviewed.

Contact eFlow and communicate your position clearly. I think it’s likely that eFlow will settle.
