Help Needed How to Connect Sprayer on Monobloc Taps

Just installed the Monobloc and having real trouble connecting the sprayer under the sink, I assume ir just snaps in but it's not happening.

There's a blue plastic piece on the collar but doesn't seem to move? Can anyone advise as the installation instructions don't even mention this piece and when I turn on the water it obviously leaks out thru the sprayer?

    Thanks for any advice!!

Looks like you push in the hose as far as goes and then the blue part pushes in horizontally and holds/seals the connection?

Thanks Wiz, I took it all back out and tried everything. It only barely pushed in about 5mm and the connection was ridiculously tenuous at very best. Re-installed my old mixer and never buying anything on Amazon again (lesson learned).

Did you try pull out the blue tab first incase it was already in a closed position?

Or you pushed on the blue tab and then inserted the pipe and when let go the spring grabbers lock it in place.

Tried both of the above, even when the blue bit ‘grabbed it’ it was literally hanging there by a thread and very easily pulled out with the slightest force. Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated.
