CIP?? On the firearm import form. What does it mean?

I'm looking to import a firearm in from Northern Ireland.
On the import form it asks "CIP Proof. YES/NO". What is this?

Yeah, just whether the gun is proofed or not. The import will not depend on it being proofed either, but since it is coming from the UK it will be proofed so you can say yes to that.

Never forget, the end goal is zero firearms of any type.
