Where can I get tretinoin in Ireland?

I went to Changes Clinic and asked if they sell tretinoin and they said they did but I would need to make an appointment. I made the appointment and went in and the doctor refused to sell me tretinoin and insisted I buy their "medical grade retinol" which isn't even a real term and they wanted me to also buy some box containing moisturisers and other stuff so I just left.

I made an appointment with a GP and asked about tretinoin and she kept going on saying it causes liver failure and other things but she eventually gave me a referral to another GP. I fully expect this GP to not prescribe me tretinoin either.

Is there any way to get tretinoin in Ireland?
