Bought a new laptop and I'd like to buy a key for the latest ms office.
Where is best to get one?

Sign in to your M$ account in the browser (most likely you have created one during laptop setup or had one already) - option to purchase M$ O365 and other M$ products will be there. Product key will be added to your account for management/record under "my products"/"subscriptions"
Stand-alone versions also might be available in tech related shops, even same where you bought the laptop perhaps.
