    Hi all,

Question on roof claddding for farm existing shed. Shed is 32ft wide and 6 bays in length with stanchions already in place. I have an option of fitting trusses to suit curved sheeting or 'A' type. On the cladding for roof alone would there be a significant difference in price for the curved sheeting over normal straight cladding?

If I'd the option I'd always go for 'A'. It's easier to work on and replace sheets when needed. Curved roofs are a nightmare IMO to work on.

But trusses for curved roof should be a good bit cheaper, but as FM says A roof i easier to mantain and also you may want to add solar panels in the future

My own opinion is go A frame.

A high round roof is a pain to work on . Can be more dangerous to work on

    Harder to do repairs.

Easier to replace sheets/clearlights when needed.

    Easier to add on to
