Gates For Driveway

    hi all,

    I’ve a relative here on the north side of Dublin who wishes to widen the entrance to their driveway. Driving a bigger car now and it’s too close for comfort getting it in the entrance to the property …

    They wish to find a good ironmonger to make new steel gates for them. The company who made the previous set a few years back which they were very happy with are confirmed no longer in business.

    Any advice would be appreciated…thanks.

    They may also need to somebody to prepare and submit a planning application (planning permission required).

    Get your planning first.
    As the planning may restrict what size opening you are allowed and then get the gates to match the planning grant.
