EU261 Compensation

I wasn’t sure if I should post this here or in the aviation forum. If mods feel it’s better suited there feel free to move.

In December 2022 our Ryanair flight ACE-DUB was delayed by approx 6 hours. The way they dealt with it was a shambles. When we arrived home I applied for compensation under EU261. Ryanair denied it straight away saying it was outside their control.

I put in a complaint with AESA (Spanish aviation as it was a flight from a Spanish airport). They eventually made a ruling in December 2024 that compensation should have been paid as it was not extraordinary circumstances. They said they sent their findings to Ryanair and I also contacted them with same.

Got an email from Ryanair in January saying they’re not forgetting about me, claim pending review. Emailed them in March to follow up and was told to wait. Nothing since.

Anyone any ideas how to proceed? Will they eventually pay or do I need to pester them? 31 months since the delay and 7 since AESA sent their findings.
