Starlink delivery

    We live in West Cork. It is now a month since I placed an order for subscription and hardware from starlink. Have since received several emails each time informing me that the delivery date had been put back again. The latest delivery date has come and gone with no email to advise about another. Log on to their website and the order is simply described as 'delayed' with no additional detail. Customer service is in the form of a chat bot and as I am sure you will not be surprised to hear - useless. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

    Someone mentioned similar over on the Facebook Starlink Ireland page.

    The order was delayed due to the delayed availability of the mesh router which was included with the main Starlink kit order.

    Support were able to split the order and proceed with the main kit dispatch.
