Need Expert Report on Dangers relating to an Oil Depot beside my drinking water well and home

    My neighbour set up an oil depot beside my drinking water and home. It has no Planning permission. The Local Authority did nothing so I have to bring my neighbour to court citing negligence. There were major site defects present. The drinking water tested positive for oil.

    Where would I get an Engineer to write an Expert Report on this Oil Depot?
