As of late SPIN (South West only) and iRadio** now have dynamic radiotext, with:

iRadio:
[0] RT: iRADIO - My Station, My Music
[1] RT: Song - Title
SPIN (SW):
[0] RT: SPIN SOUTHWEST - Your No. 1 Hit Music Station
[1] RT: Song - Title

PS name changed too on iRadio from iRadio to iRADIO
Interestingly, there's no dynamic RDS on SPIN1038 (static Hit Music Now)

** Majority are using dynamic RDS, in true Irish fashion some are not haha
