HKC chime feature

    I have a new HKC 10270 system with 1 x wired and 1 x RF keypad. The chime feature works fine on the wired keypad but does not work on the RF keypad. Manual says it is a feature unavailable on it. Is there a way around it?

    Second issue is I moved house and took the previous WiFi unit and plugged it into the new panel. It seems the account/panel is locked to the old panel in my previous house. How can I change this?

    Any advice/help appreciated.
