So she hasn't quit smoking.

These smokers/vapers are in denial. First caller must have told researchers she had quit smoking, when she hasn't. And Frank who doesn't know if he's addicted to vapes, despite always having a vape on him at all times, and a spare at the ready when the first one is getting low.

The emotional effect on me when I was in school would have been "Wahey!!! 3 day holiday!". After the three days I would be going back in with a vape. I'd take up vaping if that was the punishment.
