Leaking radiator

Nothing surprises me now

Radiator is leaking from brown pipe, would I need a plumber to replace this please? I put putty around it but still leaked.Thanks for any help.

it's fairly rusty looking, if your not handy then yes youu need a plumber but best of luck getting one, especially for a small job.

I think that's the brown plasticine/putty making it look like a rusty joint!

Pop a take-away tray or a pot/pan under that instead of the paper so that it's not soaking into the wood!

As for a repair - if you're sure that it's leaking from the joint where you put the Plasticine then you just slacken off that silver nut (anti-clockwise) by about a half-turn and then tighten it back up slightly tighter, see if it improves matters.

If it's leaking from the joint where the red arrow is, then it's a plumber job for sure as it looks like a soldered joint.
