Diplexer Sky Q

Hi I'm wondering if it's possible to use a standard diplexer to combine one of the Sky Q feeds from the dish with a terrestrial feed from an aerial, as you would with a normal non wideband satellite feed.

The sky man actually cut the neighbors aerial cable into the house and used it for his second Q feed. There's an elderly gent living there who only knows how to use Saorview and I'm trying to sort it for them.
