    I have been on a smart rate with Bord Gais for the last couple of years, have a smart meter plus two ev cars. On that plan I had 2am-5am at a value rate so I could charge the cars. Now they have moved me on to a standard rate which doesnt have the value rate during the night and the excuse they have given me is that my C. T. F. value has fallen to below 2. Have been on to ESB networks too and no one seems to know why this has happened. Has anyone has a similar issue ?
