I received a fixed penalty notice for a date in March for driving with undue care, I rang the number an̈d the lady said I had been pulled over by the garda on the date in question who took my driving licence details, I told her I wasn't on that date but was on a date in May and I received and paid the charge for speeding in May doing 68 in 60 zone. She said to fill in cancellation form but what do I do in the meantime?
