    Hey all,

Is Elara.ie reputable enough to buy a colour laserjet printer from? I have a particular model I'm after and they have it for a good price. I really don't want any hassle with my purchase. Reviews on trustpilot seem old.

    Thanks 😊

Same. Bit slow to ship items from time to time, but never had an actual problem with them.

I use them all the time. Over the years I had to do a couple of returns for disk failures and all handled very professionally.

OP here with an update, ordered the printer from Elara on Friday 27th June, delivered Tuesday 1st July, no hassles and regular comms, fantastic service!

I dealt with them several times, never had a problem. I collected a few times when they were up in Parkwest, they've since moved to Sandyford and there is no mention of a collect option so it looks like they are now delivery only.

The real purpose of this post is to alert people to the fact that they are doing a major system upgrade and will not be taking orders until July 21st next…

Have placed substantial business orders with them in the past. Just make sure that whatever you're looking for is actually in stock, else it gets messy.
