Parrot won't factory reset

My parrot mki9100 is acting up and I need to do a factory reset ….when I get to the are you sure you want to lose all your contacts etc and I press the knob to confirm yes nothing happens..I tried other buttons but nothing happens ..any suggestions?

Ask whoever makes parrot mki9100.
Probably better to just buy a canary.

It says that the middle button should work in that guide.
It does say “Please note that sometimes it will refuse to erase memory. Simply turn off the MKi9100 and try again.”
