Neil Young at Malahide - anyone know any good pubs on the way from the venue to Portmarnock?

Off to see Neil Young at Malahide Castle in a couple of weeks and will be staying at Portmarnock

As the walk is about an hour, thought I'd try to find a pub to have a pint or two while the rush for taxis dies down

Anyone got any suggestions?

There are no pubs in between. Just a load of sports pitches, estates, country roads with very big houses, fields and golf clubs.

Malahide has loads of pubs to have a beer in after the gig, but as the above says, nothing between really. The 102 bus should be back running normally after a while and that might be easier to get than a taxi

The bar in PSLC might be open - worth giving them a ring. About 40 min walk
