    Hi

    Looking for some input...

Noticed this earlier, it's a picture window , and the patio is outside. Render seems to be bubbling ( rather than paint flaking ) .

    Should I be concerned

Hi, I get that on wall corners to a greater extent. I believe it's where water gets behind the corner trim (angle beading) and it then freezes and weakens the render and paint. It could be more pronounced on more recent houses as the insulation will be greater, so the external wall would likely be colder (in the past heat leakage would have kept the extremities warmer).

Fill it and paint it and keep little feet off it.

as above its the corner bead, wouldnt worry about it, is just cosmetic. scrape it back, fill & paint.
