My neighbor's tank leaked into my shed and boundary wall. The clean up co. From neighbor have suggested removing boundary wall and shed . However, they are suggesting I put it through my insurance which I am not comfortable with.

    What are my other opinions?

Your neighbour's insurers should be covering this.

Yep your neighbours fault as it's from their side, if they want you to remove the boundary wall and Shed they'll have to go through their insurers. Unless their not insured hence the request to go through yours.PS it'll cost as its gone through wall it's gone through soil underneath its an expensive cleanup.
