Can I freeze slow cooked pulled meats? (and any good slow cooked meat recipes?)

I did the slow cook thing on about 1.5 kgs of brisket.

It tasted good, but there's no way I can eat all this, even over a couple days.

Is it possible/recommended to freeze already-cooked meats?

I cooked it yesterday and put it in the fridge, but I'll be about a week trying to finish it all.

PS - just to fill out this thread cause it's apparently quite a cut and dry answer, I cooked the meat with a bunch of chopped onion, garlic, tinned tomato and beef broth in a pressure cooker.

I think I could do without the tomato next time. I also seasoned it before cooking.

Is this the best way or any other superior recipes? I was going for just a nice pulled meat I can serve on the side with my veg dishes and some carb portions (potato/rice/pasta).
