More or less announced a few years back, more information is coming out now, and especially todays Unreal Fest Orlando event. CDPR have yet to upload it, but some other sites have a few of the videos:

Lot's of fancy Unreal stuff, all allegedly running on base PS5 at 60Fps with RT. Ciri has big boots to fill, but I have faith CDPR will deliver something special. Again though, there's going to be very high expectations for this. YT is doing it's thing trying to force Premium by now lowering quality/bitrate so will need to wait for the proper ones to really see the improvements. The urge to play W3 again is strong… A CDPR financial report from March indicating it will be at least 2027 so a long way away yet, but we can hope. May be a PS6 launch title!

W4 only entered full production in October/November of last year, so it's absolutely years away!

The presentation today was very impressive in parts, but with the usual caveat that UE has inherent issues that they still haven't been able to fix.

CDPR have also since clarified that this was a tech demo only, and not taken from the game itself. Plenty of people online seem to be missing that point!
