Bringing power through the garden

Hi everyone, just looking for some guidance here. I have a fairly large garden and I'd like to run power through it for a few different applications. We have a consumer unit in the shed with lots of space in it for new connections so that's not a problem. This I hope is just us having to get power from there to where I need it.

First I want to power a few lights and CCTV cameras on the driveway (yellow circles in the image). I'm thinking 4 of those 3 foot pole type lights, with 2 cameras. The cameras will likely need an ethernet cable too as they'll be much too far away for WiFi. Eventually I want to put an electric gate in here too so I'd like to ensure whatever I put in now will be enough for that. It's approx 70m from the CU to the entrance.

Separately I want to run a power cable down to another area where I have a hot-tub and planning to add a sauna (orange box in the image). These are both wood-fired so don't need power to heat them but I want to add some lighting and outdoor sockets. This area is approx. 45m from the CU.

Finally I have a very big shed that came with the house and I want to run power and data to it as well. I'm planning to turn it into a workshop for wood working so it will need a bit more juice. That's the green box in the image and approx. 40m from the CU.

My question is how much of this cabling would I have to bury or can I run a lot of it overground? I know it's not ideal to run overground but the ground where I live is so stony that it's a nightmare to dig by hand and a digger can only access the driveway. It's not clear from the illustration but the site is on the side of a hill so it's tiered and very steep so it's next to impossible to get machinery in, we've tried in the past. The base of the green shed is about 60m above the elevation of the driveway. If I can't run it overground then what kind of options am I looking at?
