    What do Seetec do with a client's CV? Can they use it to apply for jobs on the client's behalf? Or is it just a formality?

    They harvest them & yes will submit them to potential employers with or without clients permission.

    Keep the information on it to a minimum, do not supply contact details, age, address & create one in pdf format, minimising the risk of them altering it, which they'll also do without a client's permission
