    Hi and mods if this is in the wrong thread, please move as deemed:

    Does anyone make the attached photo or know someone who does? The person/s who made the attached must have stopped making them - I’ve tried contacting them through various modes, all with no success.

    The attached family has grown so there’ll be 2 extra hearts. All hearts have a name. I’m also looking for another set for another family - this one will only have 4 hearts.

    If anyone can help, I’d be really grateful.
