Stop distributed heating system drawing power when away?

I have not yet properly moved into this place and I can see the heating system is drawing 1 kWh every second day, and the red tank in the attached image is always warm to the touch and when I first run the cold tap it is a little warm I guess from hot water close to it being readily available. All of this despite power being disabled at the fuse board. I also went through the options on the small 'heatmiser' wall unit and I found no option to disable anything like a maintenance mode. I have not yet tried connecting up my phone to it which I guess might have more options.
Can I stop it drawing this extra power?
