    Hey folks,

    Just wondering what kind of DIY solar PV setups people have gone for here in Ireland—on-grid, off-grid, hybrids, sheds, garden offices, caravans—you name it.

    • What panels did you use?
    • Did you go for batteries? If so, what kind?
    • Are you using a hybrid inverter or just feeding into the house?
    • Any lessons learned (good or bad)?
    • Pics always welcome!

    I’m based in Carlow and work with solar gear daily (so happy to help if you’re stuck on specs or safety bits). But mainly, just keen to see what the Irish DIY solar crowd are building out there 🌞🔋
