    I'm interested in buying a property in Saggart to live .. like to hear from owners / landlords of property in Saggart & hear their thoughts on living there ... do they think the new IPAS Center in City West hotel will have a negative effect on the area ? & Will this have a negative effect on value of a properties in Saggart ?

    Tough questions.. no offence meant to anybody living in Saggart.
