Increase tyre sidewall size?

    Is it ok to change sidewall size from 65 to 75 on an opel movano? Same van as Renault master and Nissan nv400 if anyone knows them better.

    Would be going from 225/65/16 to 225/75/16, so 20mm difference in diameter

    I know it might throw speedometer out but any other drawbacks? Lots of room in the wheel arches

    Putting a new set of wheels on and fancy the look and possible comfort of bigger tyres also
