How to Escalate a Complaint with Apple?

I am currently facing an issue with Apple Support and have been unable to get a satisfactory resolution. Despite multiple attempts to escalate my case, I have been informed that there is no further escalation point available.

I would like to know if Apple has a dedicated escalation email for unresolved complaints or senior management contacts who handle escalations. If anyone has successfully escalated a case with Apple, please share the best way to reach the appropriate team.

Additionally, if there are alternative methods, such as executive customer relations or formal complaint channels. I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed.

After senior advisor or sometime called Tier 2 there is no escalation. To get your frustration out you can go to apple.com/feedback.

Small claims court if you are confident you are in the right and the amount involved warrants it.

Is the issue you have a state secret?

    Why the secrecy?

Wasn't there somebody on here some years ago went all the way with Apple?

I'm not sure it went too well for them.

It was actually recent enough, they went to court and lost.

It was the way, and as far as I know it still is:

    Level 1 support

    Level 2 Support

    Customer Service

    Executive relations.
