First captain fail of the year Marmoush coming on for a 1 point cameo. Expected MCFC to run riot with Haaland back.

I know most people have jumped on him or back to him but the Mbuemo captainers this week will do well.

Watching MOTD and Mbeumo could have had a big score. They should have been awarded at least one penalty and he missed two good chances from open play. Hey ho.

Man City didn’t look great and seemed very happy to dive for fouls close to the opposition box. So their players that could benefit from set pieces might be worth going for.

Dunno how Brentford didn't have at least one penalty, Mbeumo owners could have went off big time. Non stop fouling on set pieces.

    No Trippier for Newcastle.

And Barnes, Murphy & Gordon start. So room for all 3 along with Isak.

Newcastle United XI: Pope, Livramento, Schär, Botman, Burn, Murphy, Tonali, Guimarães, Barnes, Isak, Gordon

Subs: Dúbravka, Ruddy, Lascelles, Krafth, Longstaff, Miley, Wilson, Osula, Neave

Chelsea XI: Sánchez, Caicedo, Chalobah, Colwill, Cucurella, Lavia, Fernández, Neto, Palmer, Madueke, Jackson

Subs: Jörgensen, Adarabioyo, Badiashile, James, Gusto, Acheampong, Dewsbury-Hall, Sancho, George

The benefits of FH 34 are becoming a bit more clearer now in the subsequent weeks, versus transfers made in that week.

Eg I own Livramento, but bought in Trippier for GW34 for his 15 points haul but avoid this blank. The same happened with bringing Trent in for that week and his 5 points but I'm back to having Bradley for these starts while others have cash tied up with Trent on the bench. Cunha scored 15 that week and has 2 & 0 since then. Sessegnon scored 11 in that week and has 1 & 0 since.

Regret selling Mateta now after looking at that Spurs team.

I'm miles off it this week. I think this is the GW that will ultimately cost me in my mini leagues. Bleh.

Palace goal ruled out. It looks like it was because a Palace player headed the ball off of Guehli's arm from behind him, without him knowing, and as he was the last person to touch it, it's disallowed.

Palace score again and this time it counts.

    Eze (Munoz)

Going Sarr over Eze on the wildcard comes up trumps again

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,662 ✭✭✭✭Fitz*

A Bowen goal and/or an Areola CS would be a big bonus to me in my ML

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,662 ✭✭✭✭Fitz*
