Nesta Self Storage - Fixed Prices?

Any self storage I've used in the past (England and US) the prices have always been negotiable. Nesta are saying the prices on the website are fixed and no room - is this actually the case?

That was my experience with them. And I had to wait until a unit became available in Deansgrange.

Interesting, I do prefer that, wish all the self storage was far more open with pricing. None of this call for pricing stuff
