HKC Quantum 70 User Menu / Manager Menu Permissions

    Hi.

    I moved from SMS to Voice for reporting which works fine, but I cannot figure out how to give access and permission to the ‘Monitoring & Voice’ menu as part of the Manager Menu for a normal user.

    I want to do this so I can make a test call without needing to go into engineer mode.

    I believe this is possible as the ‘SMS Menu’ already shows up in the Manager Menu and I do not believe this menu is part of the Manager Menu by default.
