I feel this would be extremely unlikely, not impossible, but its unlikely. I think a vig saves their ammo this early unless they have cause.

Random musings time.

I’m in a weird position where there’s two or three people I kinda like, rather than having strong wolf leans on anyone currently. I like that Angus and Gabriel have been quite vocal in challenging people and if they’re active wolves, grand, it means they’re more likely to slip up in the coming days. My gut instinct is they aren’t though.

The “game” feels like it was trying to emulate the game played in the last gathering here, but way less teeth involved. I don’t mind the idea of getting people posting, but don’t think a random joke competition achieves much in that regard.

Not a fan of Connor trying to soft clear the players too, and wasn’t a fan of him throwing some light shade over my “yeay autopriest” comment too. I get this vibe from Connor that he likes to jab and then retreat at the slightest bit of pushback. But it’s day one so that might be a legit villager strat. See who reacts and how. And he mentioned having notes which is good. Means I’ll be suspicious if he latter claims to have none 😂

Tegans slip kind of feels like a front runner being pushed due to a lack of other evidence. I can’t really comment on it massively as I don’t know the show, but I actually do get where it’s coming from. I do want Angus to give more than one name though, cause hyper focusing on a low posting player can also provide issues down the road imo. But I do think there’s a merit towards it too.

i don’t know if there’s anything really worth studying yesterday other than those tbh.

As for today, random thoughts on people.

Derrys big post naming loads of people and his thoughts on them are the type of posts that make me want to keep him round for a while. Giving info on multiple people provides you a chance to go back and pick it apart latter, if they flip red or green. On the other hand, there’s a very minor post where he worries about the number of wolves, and I’m never a fan of “negative” posts early on.

Brendan seemed to become very active post Babs kill, and I’d worry if it was a wolf kill, they’d be trying to push some narratives quickly after the kill. Brendan had a spurt of activity straight after the kill which gives me a bit of an ick in that regard.

Clodagh is another one I’ve got a bad vibe off. I think a part of it is trying to slap Gabby down for being “aggressive” which is kind of the point of the game.

I think I like Senan going though people’s posts and highlighting things.

If I’m organising a list of Wolves to villagers with a gun to my head, I’d currently have Connor, Brendan and Clodagh. Tegan kind of is round it too, due to Angus rather than personal feelings.

My reason is solely based on Angus' conviction that Lemmy is a term never used.

Senan, would it surprise you, if i was to tell you that, in your post, in #243, the things that you are attributing to me are actually things that conor said. Not sure why you think I am the originator of these thoughts, maybe you have not read the posts correctly, or skimming or something like that, but its a very forgivable mistake, and one that I can overlook. Make yourself comfortable in my pocket.

Gabs - Where my vote is currently and my best candidate by some distance. the early defensiveness regarding Steve's comment got me suss, then the Clo shade made me feel happy to put them top of the charts. As I said earlier, it seems like either an over reaction by Gabs for a jokey comment, or they are looking for any excuse to throw shade on someone early. I believe the later. Then Gabs giving a pass for the day for the 6 players is just odd. Seems like justification without any substance. Then giving Wendy town cred for not getting involved in sit is strange and has no real basis. Again, not saying you need to lynch her for it either, but why give her a pass. Just bonkers.

Steve - I believe their Cops and Robbers game is a task. Now, honestly I regret pointing out that I feel its a task (I believe I am the only person who noted this, open to correction) as a task could easily be good as much as bad, but if I have to call it Im going bad. My gut says they are too carefree, which I believe may be a purposeful choice to avoid being suss. (ie would a wolf be so carefree…. not typically). I just dislike it and cant shake it.

Tegan - Just really vibes more than anything, my weakest read on the 3.

If I had to score them out of 10 (10 being wolf city), Gabs would be 5, Steve would be 2 and Tegan 0.5

Its not clear why Babs was killed. Nothing to add that wasn't already speculated on. Guts says its a wild wolf shot.

Your good reads: Are you happy to give people village leans more merely voting more? Im not saying its a bad call, but what I will say can a wolf not also act in the same manner? From my own experience, a wolf will try mimic their village play if possible once it was successful in making them appear village.

Did Conor do this? Maybe, Im confusing things with Gabs.

Tegan, I concur that its a reach by Angus. Do you feel its a wolf with weak reasoning, similar to me on Gabs?

I'm surprised that people can say that Tegan saying Lemmy instead of Lem or Curtis is anything short of a slip.

In the show he's Lem so if Tehan k ow him from the show he's Lem. I was calling him Curtis because there were players that said they didn't watch the show and he's listed as Curtis that long word I can't spell. So Curtis. But if I was in a forum with someone called Curtis Lemonski or whatever it is I'd be calling them Lemmy.

IIt's not a stretch. Also I'm not tunneling I've caught a wolf an id like it killed before I'm munched. I'm confident that if we kill Tegan and he's a Wolf the the BG will protect me and I get to play another day. Otherwise they are gonna wolf vig me and players will be all like I qk der if that was the village vig or just a coincidence and then day 5 ye FLIP Tegan and he's a wolf and ye all go of maybe that Angus fella had a point 👉

I play this game and I abbreviate people names. I have not called Lem "Lemmy" at all (fan of the show here). But I could easily call him Lemmy just for my own kicks.

You may be write, but its not solid. I could easily call Vic, Victor though hes never called Victor just because I feel like it.

If you think otherwise, go for it. Go with your gut.

Readback is taking longer than planned coz I'm taking notes. Based on what I've got so far, standouts are Wendy is looking pretty village, the Steve vs Gabs interaction yesterday feels off, and Angus calling Tegan out for a slip - very confident but I've been lynched for a supposed slip so not convinced yet, need to read further.

I am referencing what tegan ww wrote. The quote i quoted is Tegan WW's. They used the word "lemmy", why would I not use the word "lemmy" when referring to lemmygate? Every time i used the word "lemmy" i was either referring to the word used or talking directly to tegan. I was not talking about the character in the show per say, so why would i use lem?
