AIB Fixed term deposit accounts

On the AIB website it states that in order to open a fixed term deposit account, I would need to open a Personal Demand Deposit Account (I don't have a current account with them). The website also states that although there are no fees applied, certain other charges may apply. I'm looking for clarification as to what and how much these charges would be? I've checked their pdf fees and charges guide and I didn't see clarification there either (unless I missed it).

Why not ring Aib and ask them directly? They won't bite.

Other charges could be a breakage fee if you break the term or if you open the current account instead of the demand deposit quarterly fees

Unlikely that you will have to pay any fees.
There are no fees with AIB Fixed Term deposits. There are no fees with an AIB Demand Deposit Account.
The fees condition is just AIB covering their ass in case.
