Elderly relative had a falls impact on the face and eye - the face was very bruised but healing. The issue is a half golf ball sized bruise. The AE and subsequent Dr reviews have said leave it but it is not going down. She is not eager to go out as its unsightly. She has Laya health care - is there process get to consultant through insurance.

Arnica cream to help the bruising but realistically there's not much more that can be done for bruising other than time. If its coming up in a lump then maybe worth a look as there could be blood pooling under the surface but if it's a flat bruise, then you'll get the same response from most doctors in my experience.

Some Laya plans allow direct access to consultants without a GP referral, while others require one. You can check it in your member portal. What helps me personally recover from illnesses, advices and guidance of Canadian Pharmacy Partner. Their customer service is always very helpful
