    I am setting up a coffee container business beside a busy mechanics I was wondering has anyone ever any trouble with planning around setting this up

    Depends on the exact location.

    If it's on a public road, you'll be moved on.

    If it's parked on private land - eg a private carpark or within a private business space, there's no issue as it would be seen as ancillary to the primary business carried on at the location

    Yea right beside the container and it is on private land right beside commercial shed

    As long as you pay your rent and adhere to food hygiene rules you should be good to go. Maybe look to doing a regular coffee delivery to local businesses nearby and add sandwiches to your offering.
