Hold up in Sale due to documents

Currently waiting a few weeks on missing documents of right away to the road to the back entrance of the house we're sale agreed on Has anyone been in situaton, and how long was the wait? End of terrace house if it makes any difference

It depends massively on age of house, and what was done when it was last sold.

it took as a week to get one, not sure maybe call the council.

The house is 1950..i know the BER rating is from 2016, so i assume thats when it was previously bought.

BERs only last 5-10 years.

Are you sure it’s still valid ? If not there may be another hold up

It is normal to have a delay in a house sale. I wouldnt sweat it. Not much to do at your end except wait on your solicitors advice.

Dont go ahead unless the paperwork is in order.
