If you have a digital multimeter, disconnect the battery terminals, and check the voltage of it

    Any buttons on the battery?

A quick Google indicates that there is a rocker switch and another push button.

Press that for a few seconds

Yeah on the WECO's I have there is an on/off rocker switch then a push button next to it. I find once you turn the rocker on the push button just needs a couple of seconds push and a few clicks and it starts up. Inverter on first though.

Thanks Folks. Have tied the on/off rocker switch a few times and the red sw button but no joy.

    Don't have a multi meter I'm afraid.

Ok. The battery has just restarted. I didn't do anything. Just came back of its own accord.

I had logged a ticket with Solis and there was some back and forth with them. Unless they were able to do something from their end (if they did, they haven't mentioned it).

    Thanks for the suggestions.

Spoke too soon. It’s not fully right yet. The battery is back on and is showing on the app/solis unit but it’s not charging. All excess is being exported.

The run light on top of the battery unit is flashing green. Not sure if that’s normal or if it should be a solid green.

I might have put some menu settings wrong when I was trying to fix the issue over the last couple of days.

*OK, think I had the ‘Export Power Set’ set as ‘On’. I changed this to Off and now battery seems to be charging.

And now the battery is off again.

Can Communication Failure alarm back on

    So annoying.

Either the battery or the BMS is faulting. Turn it off and wait and see what the supplier/manufacturer say.

Would almost be worth buying a multimeter off Amazon. It would be useful to know the battery voltage I think
