Civil Service Advert based Mobility.

Hi,

Can't stand my role. I'm just a total miss match for it. On mobility but it could take 2 or 3 years to get up the waiting list so was just wondering if anyone knew anything about advert based mobility

Do you just need your satisfactory pmds to be considered of they seek a reference from your current department.

You have to meet the same eligibility requirements as for wait list mobility - no extras. There's often also conversations / light interviews to decide between candidates.

You're referring to head to head transfers. They no longer exist. It's the mobility list and nothing else

yes advert based is just satisfactory pmds. they usually have a chat to assess suitability with you. no references required from current employer. I thought it is just open to ao/heo up though but willing to be corrected on that

There are bespoke mobility positions advertised aswell.
