hello all, I’m typing this as a recently qualified solicitor. I’m currently on the job hunt for a new position of NQ solicitor but I’m feeling deflated and at a crossroads. I didn’t particularly enjoy my traineeship, I felt uninspired and I’m not sure the role of a general solicitor is for me. I am applying for solicitor jobs atm but the prospect of this type of work fills me with dread. Has any fellow solicitors advice or experience on alternative legal careers and how to gain entry into a new areas? Any advice is much appreciated . Thank you.
