Setting up PTSB direct debit mandate for a company

Hi, can anyone advise how to get PTSB to give my small business a Creditor Identifier:This is your SEPA Originator Identification Number(OIN) also known as the SEPA Creditor Identifier. The bank has informed me that they only give this to large org. i.e. Vodafone Eir etc.

I wounded is there a way to force the bank to provide this service?

I understand I can change bank but that is a last resource option.

What do you mean by "force"? You mean use the law to compel them to offer you the service? Then no, there's no law mandating a bank must offer direct debit creditor services to any customer.

The only card you really have to play is threatening to take your business away from them, and from the sounds of it, that isn't going to make them do it either. If you want to collect direct debits, you're probably going to have to move bank
