Hi folks, Looking to apply for a 38 sp lever rifle in galway, member of the midland and house has monitored alarm and camera. Is there anything else required? Should i arrange to meet with the super first? Heard galway is difficult for licencing restriced rifles? any help is aprreciated

No need to meet with the chief super(super has no say in restricted licences).
So long as your security is up to par, you have a good reason for the gun, and because it is restricted a reason why a non restricted gun would not do, then you are golden.

Never forget, the end goal is zero firearms of any type.
