Notifications dont load in mobile chrome anymore

Why are the notifications on this website(bell icon on click) not loading on chrome browser on mobile? It used to work fine

I use Safari on an iPhone and it’s the same for the past few weeks for me as well.

They load for me on mobile on Chrome but only after the page has stopped jump scrolling.
